Russia has tested an intercontinental ballistic missile near the border of Kazakhstan, "Adyrna" portal reported.

"On April 12, 2024, the combat crew of the Strategic Missile Forces successfully launched an intercontinental ballistic missile from the 4th state center test site "Kapustin Yar" in the Astrakhan region. This launch was carried out within the framework of state testing of promising missile systems, as well as confirmation of the missiles' stability in service. The obtained results confirm the high reliability of Russian missiles in ensuring the strategic security of the Russian Federation. The objectives of the launch were fully achieved," the Ministry of Defense of Russia reported.
