Kazakhstani judoka Abiba Abuzhakynova became the bronze medalist of the Grand Prix of Portugal, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
The Kazakh athlete, who competed in the 48-kilogram weight category, defeated the Dutch Amber Gersh and the French Laura Espadinha, but later lost to the Japanese Kano Miyaki. Abiba defeated Belgian Lois Petit and Turkish Sila Ersin in consolation matches.
