The General Transport Prosecutor's Office spoke about the work results for 2023. More than 53 billions tenge property was returned to the state by the power of prosecutors.
"Last year, during the construction of the Almaty subway, the investigation against the officials of the state enterprise "Metropolitan", JSC "Almatymetrokurylis" and other persons regarding the facts of theft of budget funds of more than 5 billions tenge and issuance of false invoices was completed. "Criminal case materials have been sent to the court," said the prosecutor's office.
