By the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kanat Zhumabayuly Yskakov was appointed to the post of Vice Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the Press Service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the national portal "Adyrna" wrote.

Kanat Zhumabayuly Yskakov was born in Shymkent in 1982.

Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, M.V. Graduated from Moscow State University named after Lomonosov.

He began his career in Almaty in 2005. He started as a leading specialist of the State Youth Policy Development Fund.

Over the years, he worked in various government structures, including the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Secretariat of the State Secretary of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Center for Strategic Development and Analysis of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2012-2021, he worked as a sector head of the Press Service of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2021 to the present - Chairman of the Information Committee of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
