By the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kanat Zhumabayuly Yskakov was appointed to the post of Vice Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Kanat Zhumabayuly Yskakov was born in Shymkent in 1982.

Over the years, he worked in various government structures, including the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Secretariat of the State Secretary of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Center for Strategic Development and Analysis of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2012-2021, he worked as a sector head of the Press Service of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2021 to the present - Chairman of the Information Committee of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
