On January 10, in Astana, students of the first shift are transferred to a distance learning format due to bad weather, Tengrinews.kz reports with reference to the Department of Education of the capital.

"Due to the worsening weather conditions on January 10, students of grades 0-11 (12) and students of the 1st-2nd year of colleges of the first shift are switching to a distance learning format," the department said in a statement.

Recall that weather forecasters predict 30-degree frosts, in connection with which the mayor of Astana appealed to residents.
