Hundreds of employees gathered near the "New Zhambyl Phosphorus Plant" branch of "Kazphosphate" LLP. According to the employees, the head of the institution insulted the workers.
Also, the salary is between 150-180 thousand tenge. They are dissatisfied with the fact that in such a situation those in management positions receive a salary between 18-24 millions tenge.
Journalist Yerkanat Kopzhasaruly announced on his Facebook page that the problem was solved after the noise.
"The situation has been resolved. The leadership has been changed," he wrote.
