When building residential buildings, social facilities are not properly planned. First of all, this will have a negative impact on the lives of residents. That is, it hinders the availability of services to the residents and the timely arrival of emergency services, - Tokayev listed his shortcomings.
Now the administration should develop a special plan for building and modernizing new medical facilities. These measures will reduce maternal and child mortality and allow citizens to be protected from serious diseases. In addition, it is very important to develop the first medical and sanitary care system.
The President said that the construction of an international-level multidisciplinary hospital should be started next year, and that the project should be implemented through the partnership of the state and business.
