China changed the requirement for passengers coming from Kazakhstan. This was announced by the official website of the Chinese embassy in Kazakhstan, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
"In order to monitor the epidemic, the Chinese Embassy and the Consulate General in Kazakhstan introduce the requirements to obtain the health code "HS" or "HDC", the message says.
Passengers going to China must undergo a PCR test in officially registered laboratories in Kazakhstan within 48 hours before the flight.
Also, you need to upload the necessary documents and the PCR test result together, and then order the health code.
"After the Chinese embassy or consulate general in Kazakhstan processes the application, the passenger will be given a "green health code". When checking in for the flight, show the "health green code" opened via the mobile application to the airline employee and check it," the message of the embassy says.
Passengers departing from Kazakhstan and transiting through a third country, or passengers departing from a third country and transiting through Kazakhstan to China, can apply for a PCR test and obtain a "green code" at any transit or departure points. Passengers should check whether the "health code" is valid or not before flying to China.
