From September 1, 2022, student scholarships will increase. It will increase by 20% for bachelors, 15% for undergraduates and doctoral students, the national portal "Adyrna" reports citing the press service of the Ministry of Education and Science.
Last year, scholarships increased by the same amount (15% and 20%). In this way, the state encourages young people to pursue higher education.
Now, starting from September of this year, students studying in the field of training pedagogical specialists will receive more than 58 thousand tenge, and those studying in other areas will receive about 37 thousand tenge. Scholarships for undergraduates will increase to 86,987 tenge, doctoral scholarships to 195,000 tenge.
