The Minister of Science and Higher Education, Sayasat Nurbek, during his working visit to Almaty city, familiarized himself with the construction progress of the 980-bed student dormitory of the Kazakhstan-British Technical University, the correspondent of "Adyrna" reported.
"According to the plan, the launch date is December 2023. All the necessary and comfortable conditions for living, studying and resting students will be created in the dormitory under construction," said the head of the board.
The minister noted that there is still a shortage of student dormitories in Almaty.
