Head of State Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev met with Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE, Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai. This was announced by the press service of Akorda, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
The President thanked Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for his hospitality and noted that fruitful negotiations were held during his official visit to the United Arab Emirates and important bilateral agreements were reached between the two countries.
During the conversation, President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev pointed out that the international financial center "Astana" had established relations with the main financial institutions of the Emirates, and paid attention to the problem of revitalizing the relations between the business groups of the two countries.
In turn, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum said that he intended to further strengthen the economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and the Emirates.
At the end of the meeting, the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev invited the Vice-President, Prime Minister, Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai to pay an official visit to Kazakhstan. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum accepted the President's invitation and said that it was a great honor to visit Kazakhstan.
