Russia is not against resuming negotiations with Ukraine on a wide range of issues. This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov, the correspondent of "Adyrna" reported.
"We have no prejudices about resuming negotiations on a wide range of issues, but it is not about Russia. Because from the president of Ukraine to his advisers, they always say that "negotiations will not be held until Russia is defeated," he said.
