The Turkic world countries are actively working on creating a unified dictionary of art terms and a common anthem, reports the national portal Adyrna citing Ulysmedia.

This initiative was proposed by Erhan Özden, Rector of Ankara University of Music and Visual Arts and Chairman of the Union of Art Universities of Turkic States. The upcoming dictionary aims to encompass all areas of art and offer terms considering their meanings in various Turkic languages. This project is envisioned as a type of encyclopedia.

“The goal of the project is to create a unified database of terms that are clear and accessible to all Turkic countries. This will help strengthen the unity of the languages and cultures of the region’s peoples,” Erhan Özden emphasized.

Another significant project is writing a common anthem for the Turkic states. The professor noted that the anthem’s lyrics and melody would reflect the shared history, traditions, and values that unite Turkic peoples.

“The anthem will be written in a language understandable to representatives of all Turkic countries. We aim for it to become a symbol of our unity and common future,” said Professor Özden.

Work on the anthem is progressing at a rapid pace.
