Dariga Nazarbayeva and Dinara Kulybayeva, the eldest and middle daughters of the ex-president of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, were not included in the list of the 25 most influential Kazakh women. The rating was presented by Forbes Woman Kazakhstan in September 2024, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
110 people were included in the long list, of which 42 participants were selected. The short list was evaluated by experts. Based on their assessment, a list of the 25 most influential women in the country was made.
"I think that the leader of the rating is Umit Shayakhmetova (the head of the People's Bank) will not surprise anyone," writes Zulfia Khaibullina, CEO of Forbes Woman Kazakhstan magazine.
