Yeldos Smetov won the only gold medal in judo at this year's Olympics.
Gymnast Nariman Kurbanov, Greco-Roman wrestler Demeu Zhadraev (up to 77 kg) and boxer Nurbek Oralbai (up to 80 kg) won silver.
Nazym Kyzaibay (boxing among girls up to 50 kg), shooters Alexandra Le and Islam Satbayeva (mixed team competitions) and judoka Gusman Kyrgyzbayev won the third place in the Olympics.
