Employees of the Almaty metro are suspected of embezzling budget funds. This was stated by the General Transport Prosecutor's Office on June 6, the correspondent of "Adyrna" reported.
The employees of KMC "Metropolitan" purchased original rubber springs for locomotives at an increased price of 137 million tenge. This conclusion was also confirmed by the audit report of the Metropolitan, in connection with this, the Transport Prosecutor's Office registered a pre-trial investigation, which is currently being conducted by the Anti-Corruption Service of the city of Almaty.
