In general, by 2027, it is planned to build culture houses in 34 settlements in the region and to meet the need for cultural facilities in the region by 100 percent.
The mayor of the region spoke about the implementation of the youth policy and said that in the first four months of this year, 10,022 young people in the region were involved in active employment measures, while 344 young people received a 2.5% discount loan within the framework of the "Village Deposit" project.
