A traditional holiday event dedicated to the International Day of Protection of Monuments and Historical Places was held in the "Esik" state historical and cultural museum-reserve.
Gulmira Rayylovna Mukhtarova, director of "Esik" museum-reserve, made a congratulatory speech at the ceremony and noted that today the museum industry is developing in line with modern times.
As part of the event, the grand opening of the exhibition "History of Deep Taraz" of the Zhambyl Regional Museum of History and Local History under the Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of the Zhambyl Oblast Administration took place. Zhansaya Ushkempirovna Sembekova, an employee of the Zhambyl regional historical and local history museum, introduced the exposition.
