President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev arrived at the “Kazan Expo” international exhibition center, where the 16th BRICS summit is being held, reports the “Adyrna” national portal.
The Akorda website announced the President’s visit to the exhibition. “President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev arrived at the ‘Kazan Expo’ exhibition center, where the 16th BRICS summit is taking place. He was welcomed by the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin,” the Akorda press service reported.
It is worth noting that it was previously stated that Kazakhstan will not become a member of BRICS.
