During the second national forum of maslikhats at all levels, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev addressed the people, reports «Adyrna», citing Akorda.
"My message to fellow citizens: democracy is a continuous process. We must actively and regularly participate in it. This is something we should never forget. Any successful democratic society in the world thrives and survives thanks to citizens who are not indifferent to their surroundings. The well-being of each citizen and the fate of our country are in our hands. It is our shared duty to create conditions for future generations so that our children and grandchildren can build on our achievements," said the President.
He also emphasized that the future of the country lies in the hands of the youth.
"I always say this: the young generation will be the ones to reap the benefits of every tree planted in our land. In short, whatever we do, we do it for the future of our country. Therefore, we as a nation must pay special attention to the health, education, and upbringing of our children. The state has taken concrete measures in this regard by allocating funds and building the necessary infrastructure. Overall, this work is progressing, but the tasks ahead are vast, and there is still much to be done," the President stated.
