The implementation of the project to build a thermal power plant in the city of Kokshetau was discussed by the mayor of the Akmola region Marat Akhmetzhanov and representatives of JSC Samruk-Energo.
The head of the region noted that heat supply to the regional center is one of the strategically important issues due to the intensification of housing construction.
"As part of the implementation of the instruction of the Head of State, special attention is paid to the issue of building a thermal power plant in the city of Kokshetau. We need to make every effort and implement the project within the promised time frame," Marat Akhmetzhanov emphasized.
