Applications for participation in the competition were accepted between November 6 and November 9, and the winner was Novaya Level LLP. Its head is Nikolay Yuryevich Borovinsky of "Compra" (counterparty reliability service).
It should be noted that "Novaya Level" LLP won such contests more than once during the period when Kulginov was the mayor of Astana.
According to the technical conditions, the service for the competition held at the end of the first decade of November should be provided by December 31.
