Do you want to live a quiet life? Do you want to grow up? Do not go to production! This opinion was expressed by lawyer Abzal Kuspan in an interview with journalist Nartai Aralbayuly, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
According to the lawyer, traveling to production is a danger.
"Let's take the case of Beisenbayev. Together with American companies, he built a glass factory in Kyzylorda region. And when they say that it is over and 90% is left, the anticor initiates a criminal case. All work stopped, case documents were taken away. Then the criminal case reached the court. People did not know its details. After all, nobody cares what happened in court. Journalists also did not spread correct information. If one or two sites spread information, it showed incredulity that they were trying to exonerate the minister.
I did not defend the minister either. But dozens of citizens were involved, including I defended the interests of builders. But sitting there, I saw clearly.
It was also said by the American company itself: "It was a good case, let's say it was good corruption, it was a good case for several months, a good investigation was conducted." But why do you stop our work? This is ineffective for Kazakhstan,". Beisenbayev also said that: "This has a political background, pressure is being exerted by Russia."
I have seen many such cases. I say to entrepreneurs who receive advice: Do you want to live quietly? Do you want to grow up? Do not go to production! Keep trading. Take money from the state and continue building. But you have come close to the production, they are organizing pressure from Russia in different ways", said Abzal Kuspan.
