Quarantine was introduced in one of the villages of Akmola region due to the outbreak of brucellosis. The local administration did not announce this, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.

"In the village of Petrovka, Nikolaev rural district, Akmola region, restrictive measures should be established due to the occurrence of brucellosis among small livestock," said the message of the local akimat.

The document has entered into force.

It should be noted that brucellosis is a zoonotic infection transmitted from sick animals to humans, characterized by numerous damage to the organs and systems of the human body.
