“In general, it is good that more young people come to our country in the technical field. There is a shortage of many specialists in the field of natural sciences. It is being replaced by foreign specialists. To do this, young people need more propaganda, "said Arman Aubakir, head of the public fund of the national ethnographic association" Adyrna ".

The speaker of the event, Maksat Tolykbay, host of the program "Ashyq alań" on the national channel "Kazakhstan", and blogger, journalist Daulet Mukayev shared their experiences in developing life skills for young people for career and personal growth.

"My goal in this project is to inspire and guide young people, using the example of my readers, whose lives are changing for the better, with the motto: 'Blessed is the action, the person must work hard,'" said blogger and journalist Daulet Mukayev.

During the meeting they discussed the necessary specialties in the labor market today and what areas should be actively developed, training young people in entrepreneurship, the necessary skills of an entrepreneur, the opportunities provided to young people and how to use them properly.

"There is no shortcut to success. Everything comes with hard work. We sometimes like to sleep. But if you want to succeed, you need to put sleep first and learn to get up early. The second issue is education. If you want to start a business, get an education and take courses. Now there are a lot of opportunities for young people, "said journalist Maksat Tolykbay.
