Why can't the agency regulate lending for weddings and other celebrations in Kazakhstan? This question was answered by the deputy chairman of the Financial Market Regulation and Development Agency, Olzhas Kizatov, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
"We cannot prohibit giving any type of credit. We have no right to restrict specific types of lending by law. This is the bank's internal policy and we have no right to interfere with it," answered Olzhas Kizatov on the sidelines of the Senate.
