The technical specification states that the building to be rented from the city of Konaev should have a hall with a capacity of up to 20 people, 1 meeting hall, bathrooms, an administrative building of no less than 2,273.7 square meters, 2 court presidents, 3 board chairmen, offices for 20 judges, etc.
It is also established that "maintenance of the administrative building, garbage disposal, utility bills are included in the rent, the tender winner must have documents establishing the right to the administrative building, there must be an area near the building for parking official vehicles and the cars of participants in the court process." "The term of the building lease is until December 31, 2024" is stated.
