With a question about the annulment of a fictitious act record, she turned to the registration authority. As part of the pre-trial settlement of the dispute, the plaintiff applied to the Department of Justice of Astana with a complaint, but received a similar response, which stated that "the paper version of the act record does not contain the signatures of those who entered into marriage." After that, the citizen applied to the administrative court with a claim to force the defendant to adopt a favorable administrative act to annul the marriage registration record.
The judge explained the legal consequences of the consideration of the dispute to the parties. As a result, an agreement was approved, under the terms of which the ex.com. office undertakes to annul the marriage registration record.
