Russian Defense Minister Shoigu called Russia's "friendly countries". Less than ten countries were included in this list, the national portal "Adyrna" wrote.
According to him, the list included Burundi, Republic of Guinea, Cameroon, Mali, Sudan, Uganda, Chad, Ethiopia, Republic of South Africa.
"We appreciate your support and intend to increase cooperation on mutually beneficial projects," Shoigu said.
