It was reported that the company of entrepreneur Timur Kulybayev intends to collect 34 billion tenge from the Almaty administration, the national portal "Adyrna" reported. Majilis deputy Bakhytzhan Bazarbek said about this in his question.
According to the deputy, the claim is related to the return of the land of Al-Farabi KazNU.
The Majilisman sent his request to the General Prosecutor's Office.
"The company of Timur Kulybayev, who lost the land for building a business center according to the court's decision, made an invoice to Almaty akimat for 34 billion tenge. Now, after losing the court, the company wants to collect its illegal investments in the construction of the business center. All the plots of land illegally given by this ex.com. are related to projects." - said the deputy at the meeting.
On August 1, 2017, Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi applied to the Almaty administration with a request to correct the boundaries of the land plot at 71 Al-Farabi Avenue. In general, KazNU planned to reduce its territory by one hectare - from 73.2 to 72.1 hectares.
