A law was adopted to ensure the safety of children and to prevent crimes against women and children. It is no secret that many citizens have several loans. This is a very urgent problem, one can say a public threat. Therefore, special laws were adopted in this direction. Many other measures aimed at improving the welfare of the people have been taken.
