In the West Kazakhstan region, some residents were worried about the education of schoolchildren due to floods. However, the educational process did not stop, in some schools, systematic work is carried out using the distance learning method, while in some schools, children receive education using traditional methods. The quality of education does not decrease.
Currently, 4,132 students are studying remotely in 13 schools in the villages affected by floods in the region. Among them, 2 schools in Burli district and 8 schools in Terekti district are working in this distance learning format.
