The airline that did not provide food to the passenger was fined 612 thousands tenge

Qazaq AIR" airline company, whose flight was delayed in Aktobe and it did not serve food to a passenger who stayed at the airport, was fined, the reporter of "Adyrna" reported.

The incident happened last year. One of the passengers flying on the route "Aktobe-Astana" asked the airline to provide food and drink, but his request was not fulfilled. Later, he filed a complaint with the supervisory state institution. The complaint was considered by the Aktobe city specialized interdistrict court on administrative offenses and ordered Qazaq AIR to pay a fine of 612,000 tenge.

The court noted that airlines should be ready to fully provide passengers with the necessary services at any time of the day.
