273,000 children have submitted documents for school enrollment, and 70% of them have chosen to study in the Kazakh language. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Education, according to “Adyrna”.
“Starting from April 1, 2025, the acceptance of documents for first-grade enrollment began. As of today, 273,643 children have been admitted to schools across the country, and 70% of them have chosen to study in the state language,” the statement reads.
It is also worth noting that this year, 76.5% of the 210,000 applicants who took the Unified National Testing (UNT) did so in the Kazakh language.
