On September 16, the building of the China-telecom company in the Chinese city of Changsha caught fire, the correspondent of "Adyrna" reported.
The multi-storey building was completely burnt down within 20 minutes.
Dozens of brigades and hundreds of firefighters were mobilized to extinguish the fire.
Currently, information about the victims is being clarified.
