Arman Kyrykbayev has been appointed as the Presidential Assistant for Internal Policy and Communications. This was announced by Akorda’s press service on February 24, reports Adyrna.
“By the decree of the Head of State, Arman Orazbayuly Kyrykbayev has been appointed as the Presidential Assistant for Internal Policy and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He has been relieved of his previous position,” the statement reads.
Previously, Ruslan Zheldibay was dismissed from the position of Presidential Assistant for Internal Policy and Communications.
Arman Kyrykbayev was born on October 20, 1976, in Tselinograd. He is a graduate of the Kazakh State Academy of Management and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan. His specialization is in international economics. With over 28 years of experience in public service, culture, and youth policy, he has also served twice as Deputy Akim (Mayor) of Almaty.
