The Day of National Symbols is celebrated in our country on June 4.

The name day, which is celebrated every year, is dedicated to the approval of the State symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which are the basis of our statehood and national identity.

State symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which express independence, include the Coat of Arms, Flag and Anthem.

The Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan was approved on June 4, 1992. The national flag consists of a blue panel with a yellow sun in the center and a vertical stripe on the left side. The blue color represents the sky and national identity, the yellow color of the sun represents wealth and prosperity, and the carved vertical stripe represents national identity.

The national anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan was approved on January 7, 2006.

On June 4, various events dedicated to state symbols are held all over the country. National Symbols Day is a day of pride for one's country and national identity.
