Aliya Nazarbayeva, the daughter of ex-president Nursultan Nazarbayev, is going to sell the Wellness Club Luxor fitness center in Almaty for 25 million dollars, reports the national portal "Adyrna" referring to the KazTAG news agency.
"Alia Nazarbayeva's Luxor fitness center will be sold in Almaty. The price of the facility is 25 million dollars," the site says.
According to the documents, one of the largest fitness centers in Kazakhstan and Central Asia is owned by "Alem LTD" LLP, founded by Nazarbayeva in 2001. In 2017, Patriot LLP was re-registered in the Virgin Islands as an offshore company of Svelte Investor Limited. At the same time, Aliya Nazarbayeva officially headed the company in March 2023, but since March 14, 2023, Auelham Nazgum Akhmetzhanovna has been registered as the head, and since February 2024, Amina Serikbayovna Shapieva has been the head of the company.
