A new investigation against Gulmira Satybaldi has been completed. Now the participants in the process are continuing to get acquainted with the materials of the criminal case, "Adyrna" reporter reported with reference to tengrinews.kz.
"Anti-corruption activity against Gulmira Satybaldi and other persons, Article 126, Part 3, Clause 3 of the Criminal Code of Kazakhstan ("If the unlawful deprivation of liberty inadvertently leads to the death of the victim or other serious consequences" - section 194, Part 4, Clause 2 ("Kidnapping, if it is carried out on a large scale" - esq.) and Article 389, Part 4 ("Self-control, the actions that lead to serious consequences, provided for in the second or third parts of this article " - esq.) completed the investigation on the suspicion of committing criminal offenses, the Anti-Corruption Agency reported.
Antikor noted that other information will not be made public.
Recall that in May 2023, Gulmira Satybaldi was sentenced to 7 years in prison. She was found guilty of committing an offense under Article 28, Part 3, Clause 1, 8 and Clause 2 of Part 125 of this Article.
