Those who illegally transferred the state budget to themselves were found in Akmola, the correspondent of "Adyrna" informs with reference to Orda.kz.
The Prosecutor's Office of Akmola region conducted an investigation in Tselinograd district. As a result, those who spent the state budget unreasonably were identified.
During the inspection, employees of Karaotkel rural district administration received additional funds to their salaries for three years. It was found that they pocketed more than 15 million tenge.
Now, a pre-trial investigation has been started against the officials in relation to the mentioned case under Article 189 of the Criminal Code ("Extremely large-scale theft"), Section 4, Clause 2.
