Konstantin Avershin, a member of the Mazhilis of the Parliament, believes that bloggers and active opinion-makers in society should be conscripted into the army, writes the national portal "Adyrna".
He said this in his parliamentary question to the Minister of Defense.
"Now the debate about the situation of the Armed Forces is tense. Unfortunately, the opinion is grouped by "divan experts" who are not serving or have not served in the army. It is clear that this topic requires to be treated with responsibility and does not raise insulting words. However, it is necessary to understand that society should be informed about the state of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Here, the problem is related to ensuring national security and the life and health of conscripts, they are someone's son, someone else's brother," said Konstantin Avershin.
