The US will provide $100 million in humanitarian aid to Turkey and Syria

The US government will allocate an additional 100 million dollars for humanitarian aid to Turkey and Syria. US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken announced this,  the national portal "Adyrna" wrote.

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken paid an official visit to Turkey and saw with his own eyes the areas affected by the earthquake. As a result, he promised to increase the amount of funds previously allocated. He also said that despite the sanctions, he intended to support Syria.

"We will do everything we can. Whatever sanctions are imposed on Syria, it will not affect the delivery of humanitarian aid," Anthony Blinken said.

Let's remind that the US has previously allocated 85 million dollars as humanitarian aid to Turkey and Syria.
