Mergen Toksanbay, poet, winner of numerous poetry contests, was appointed director of the Malik Gabdullin Memorial Museum in Kokshetau. Kuanysh Ospan, a member of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan, wrote about this, the correspondent of "Adyrna" reported.

Mergen Toksanbay was born on November 14, 1988 in Kazgorodok village, Enbekshilder district, former Kokshetau region. He graduated from the Faculty of Philology of the "Kokshe" Academy. Graduate of the 13th International "Shabyt" creative youth festival in 2010. The author of the collections of poems "Assalaumagaleikum", "Nostalgia".
