Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristerson considered Turkey's conditions for his country's entry into NATO to be unfulfillable, adyrna.kz reporeds with a link to SVT channel.

"Turkey confirms that we did what we promised to do, but they also say that they want what we can't and haven't given," Christerson said.

He added that it is unclear when Turkey would approve the application to Stockholm, while expressing confidence that it will happen.

Earlier, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, said that Sweden had not even "half-fulfilled" the commitments it had taken to secure Ankara's support in the matter of its accession to NATO.
