As stated by the head of state Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, the public movement of independent observers with regional headquarters covering the entire territory of the country "BAQYLA" will be created in order to ensure domestic stability and strict observance of election procedures in the extraordinary presidential election to be held in the country on November 20, 2022, "Adyrna" reports.
The work of the network of territorial observers is carried out through the Central Headquarters in Almaty and regional headquarters located in 26 cities of the country (the list is provided in addition).
Observers of the movement monitor more than 3,200 polling stations in 26 major cities of the country.
As noted by political scientist Dos Koushim, observers are one of the groups actively participating in the election process. Their competent work, ability to learn in depth all methods of control is a guarantee of the improvement of the Election system in the Kazakh country.
"My task is every region. "It is to hold special offline, if possible, online seminar-trainings for the preparation of trainers who will train observers in cities, to answer questions that arise during election observation," he says.
