The parliament session terminated the authority of deputy Andrey Linnik ahead of schedule, "Adyrna" correspondent reported.
"Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament Andrey Grigoryevich Linnik submitted a request for early termination of the mandate of the deputy. In this regard, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with Art. Clauses 3 and 8 of Article 52 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. "In accordance with Article 24 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the status of the Parliament and its deputies, a proposal is made to resolve the issue of early termination of the authority of the deputy," said Shavkhat Otemisov, a member of the Central Election Commission of Kazakhstan.
