In Nur-Sultan, after the death of the youngest daughter, a woman was forbidden to raise her eldest daughter. This was announced by the press service of the specialized inter-district court for minors in Nur-Sultan, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
According to reports, the woman had two children. She entrusted her younger daughter to a privately owned daycare center working at home without permission documents. She didn't pay for the kindergarten, she didn't visit her daughter for more than a month. The eldest daughter was under the supervision of her grandmother.
Thus, the mother is excluded from raising the child.
"In April 2022, the younger daughter, who was in a kindergarten in a private house, died. A criminal case has been initiated and an investigation is underway. The child's body had many physical injuries," the court noted.
Taking into account all the circumstances, by the court's decision, the woman was deprived of parental rights in relation to her eldest daughter. In order to determine the future fate of the child, the eldest daughter was handed over to the Department of Education of Nur-Sultan. Alimony was collected from her mother.
