President of Kazakhstan Kasym-Jomart Tokayev sent a congratulatory message to the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, on the occasion of Independence Day, reports the national portal “Adyrna.”
This was announced by the press service of Akorda.
“Kasym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Ukraine’s national holiday – Independence Day – and wished peace and prosperity to the Ukrainian people,” the statement said.
It should be recalled that, at Ukraine’s initiative, Tokayev and Zelenskyy had a phone conversation two weeks ago, during which they discussed peaceful ways of resolving the conflict and the complexity of territorial issues.
