President Kasym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated the First President of Kazakhstan – Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev – on his 85th birthday.
In his congratulatory letter, the President highlighted Nazarbayev’s historic role as the founder of modern Kazakh statehood and his significant contribution to the formation and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Head of State also emphasized the importance of the First President’s decision to relocate the capital, noting its key role in the country’s economic development and in strengthening Kazakhstan’s international standing.
Kasym-Jomart Tokayev wished Nursultan Nazarbayev good health and well-being.
